Before you call
Where we already have technicians nearby we can usually reach you the same day if you call before mid-afternoon. Further afield we agree a day and an arrival window with you when you call, along with the call-out charge, so you always know before we set off.
There is a call-out charge that depends on how far we travel to you, and we agree it with you before setting off. If we carry out the repair, that charge comes off the final bill. You are never charged a repair fee for a job we could not fix, and we will tell you plainly when a replacement is the better buy.
The large majority of repairs are completed in your home or office. Only jobs needing bench equipment — certain TV boards and sealed-system fridge work — go to the workshop, and we agree that with you first and issue a collection note.
Every repair carries a {{warrantyMonths}}-month guarantee on both the part we fitted and the workmanship. If the same fault returns inside that period, we come back and put it right at no charge.
M-Pesa, bank card or cash, once the repair is finished and you have seen it working. You get a receipt for every job, which you will need if you ever claim on the guarantee.
